Who is Jeremy? Jeremy (a.k.a. Kang On Yu) is a character in the popular Korean drama You're Beautiful (미남이시네요). He is played by Lee Hongki, lead vocalist of real Korean band F.T. Island. Jeremy is the drummer of A.N.JELL, the idol group in the drama, and is a Korean living abroad from England. His father is an upper-class Englishman and his mother was once a famous model, so he grew up well-off.Jeremy acts just like a kid, and is playful and perhaps a little clueless at times. He is a happy-go-lucky type of person, and tends to think of things positively. He loves his dog, Angelina Jolie, and is frequently found talking and pouring out any of his worries to her.
Jeremy is the first to realize that he has feelings for Go Mi Nyeo, and is initially very troubled that he likes a "boy". When he finds out that Go Mi Nyeo is in fact a girl, he is super ecstatic and kisses her on the forehead.
Although he never gets the girl, Jeremy is able to still be happy despite knowing that she will never like him. He only lets himself be sad on his "magic bus", his secret bus that he uses whenever he feels down.
